Why a Reflective Film?
Most UV hardening equipment irradiates the circuit board from above, which causes UV radiation to go wasted in gaps and on the other side of the circuit board.
By lining the UV hardening equipment the UV radiation is reflected (tunnel effect) and can therefore be more efficiently used.
This is most noticeable in cases of double sided coating, in which case the side coated first can be hardened further.
